Job Description

Duties:


Address market place enrollment inquiries from the CMS (inquiry examples: premiums, changing effective date, don't show affective, or enrollment specific questions). 

Researching cases from CMS using Core Processor System. Then, utilize critical thinking skills to provide a clear and professional response back to government contracts. Therefore, great written skills are required along with strong work ethic, and the ability to think independently and critically. 


Summary:


Serve as a liaison between Molina, its members and Providers.

Ensure members receive a level of service that exceeds their expectations.

Respond and resolve questions and problems from current/prospective members or their representatives, providers and other appropriate parties within expected standards.?

Qualifications

Minimum Education/Qualifications/Licensures: 


Must be bilingual; English and Spanish


High School Diploma 


Enrollment experience 


An excellent multitasker, detail oriented, a great critical thinker, creative, enthusiastic, and be able to communicate professionally, friendly, and clearly. 


-Understanding of claims regarding coordination of benefits 

-General computer skills, Microsoft Excel- Intermediate level needed 

-Will be speaking to other companies so most have great phone etiquette-most time on phone 

Additional Information

Company: Molina Healthcare

Employment Type: Contract 4 months but will most likely going perm or longer

Start Date: ASAP Training for one week- no time can be missed!! 

Shift: can start any time between 7 am - 8 am and all shifts are 8 hrs., so all candidates must be able to work 40 hours per week.

Upon hire, individuals will be certified for MediCal and Covered California, Molina will provide the training, training materials, and the certification process. Individuals must pass test in order to assist with Covered CA and MediCal enrollment as certification is required to enroll in these programs.
