Calling patients monthly to ensure they are taking their medications correctly and resolving any issues they may have. They are essentially ensuring that the patients are adhering to their medications.

Responding to patient inquiries with information regarding benefit plans including but not limited to: co-payments, deductibles, quantity and day supply limitations, etc.**

Will also respond to calls from clinics, insurance companies, pharmacies, and physicians

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPT) in Texas (no disciplines)

1+ years of pharmacy experience 

Ability to work with high volume production teams with an emphasis on quality!

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Call center experience
