•Responding to patient inquiries with information regarding benefit plans including but not limited to: co-payments, deductibles, quantity and day supply limitations, etc.**

•Will also respond to calls from clinics, insurance companies, pharmacies, and physicians

•Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPT) in Texas (no disciplines)

•Knowledge of Medicare Part D, medicaid, and commercial payors

•Ability to work with high volume production teams with an emphasis on quality!

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

•Call center experience

•Soft skills

•Optimistic, customer focused attitude!

•Strong data entry and typing skills 

Preferred but not a must:

•Retail or mail order pharmacy experience

•RxExpress (software) experience

•1+ years of experience in electronic claims and/or billing background
