Candidate will be responsible for telephonic outreach by the pharmacy department for the MyMeds Program. Will provide outreach to non-adherent patients to assist in refilling maintenance medication. Will also coordinate refills and 90 day prescriptions with Pharmacy and Prescriber.

Essential Functions:

• Enter data of prescription orders.
• Validate member information on member prescription requests.
• May stock, dispense or package medication. 

• High School diploma or GED required
• Must have Pharm Tech certification in CA
• Must be bilingual (Spanish)
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; Good interpersonal skills
• Computer Proficient: Basic excel knowledge
