Job Description
Reporting to the National Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary Allied Health workforce delivering services across Home Care and NDIS programs throughout Australia.
You will be responsible for balancing operational performance with exceptional client outcomes by overseeing workforce planning, clinician utilisation, service demand, financial performance, recruitment, and stakeholder engagement.
This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving access to high-quality Allied Health services within the community.
Please note: To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration.
Day to Day!
- Lead the operational performance, growth, and profitability of national Allied Health services.
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, clinician utilisation, and service capacity to support business objectives.
- Analyse operational and financial performance, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage escalated client matters to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Coach, mentor, and lead clinical and non-clinical teams, supporting performance, engagement, and professional development.
Lets talk about you!
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist with demonstrated leadership experience in Allied Health or community healthcare. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, service delivery, and operational performance is essential, along with a strong understanding of Home Care Packages (HCP), CHSP, NDIS, and the Support at Home reforms. Strong stakeholder management, financial, and people leadership skills are highly regarded.
