This role can be based in one of the following office locations: Sydney CBD, Shellharbour, Melbourne CBD or Adelaide CBD.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive IT Service Desk Analyst (Level 1) to be the first point of contact for IT support across Healthcare Australia. This is more than a technical role – your customer service skills, positive attitude, and proactive approach are just as important as your technical knowledge.

Let’s talk about you!

We are looking for candidates with 1–3 years’ experience in IT support or service desk environments, ideally with exposure to ITIL practices. Strong technical skills in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic networking are required, along with excellent customer service orientation, communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. 

You should be able to prioritise tasks, manage your workload effectively, and collaborate well within a team. A relevant IT qualification (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree) or equivalent experience is essential, and an ITIL Foundation certification is a plus. Some travel maybe required to our other site locations within Australia.
