Job Description
Our Allied Health division is currently seeking a Rostering Officer to join our Adelaide team in a full-time role. Supporting Allied Health professionals across Australia, this position plays an important role in coordinating schedules, maintaining strong relationships with therapists and clients, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and managing competing priorities in a supportive team environment.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling Allied Health professionals nationally, ensuring rosters are planned effectively in line with client requirements, therapist availability, and service priorities. The role involves ongoing roster adjustments, liaising with therapists and internal teams, ensuring therapists are following policies relating to leave requests, booking travel and accommodation where required, and maintaining strong communication with both clients and clinicians.
You’ll work closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and operational teams to provide workforce solutions, support service delivery outcomes, and build positive working relationships across the business.

You’ll be a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with people. Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce coordination, healthcare administration, or customer service will be highly regarded.
You’ll bring excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage changing priorities, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Strong attention to detail, confidence using rostering systems and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential for success in this role.
Most importantly, you’ll have a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service to both clients and healthcare professionals.
