• Build, engage, and manage a pipeline of high-quality travel nurses ready for adventure
• Guide candidates through screening, onboarding, compliance, and documentation
• Work closely with your teammates to convert client demand into successful placements
• Stay sharp on systems, updates, and improvements — your detail matters
• Bring passion and positivity to every interaction
