Workforce Coordinator / Shift Scheduler
Join us in providing staffing solutions that support facilities and community care clients by allocating skilled nurses into shifts where they're needed most, ensuring high-quality patient care across the healthcare sector.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating daily rosters and scheduling skilled nurses into facilities and community shifts across Sydney NSW
- Quickly fill urgent shifts by proactively engaging with new and existing staff
- Staying in touch with our nursing workforce to understand their availability, skills and preferences
- Building strong relationships with our clients for a proactive approach, so you know what they need before they ask
- Using our workforce software platform to track fill rates, forecast gaps and keep data clean
- Delivering top‑tier customer service on phone, email and chat, every single time
- Full-time flexible hybrid role (Up to 2 days WFH) – near Town Hall Station
- Monday to Friday, supportive team, training & bonuses incentives
About you
- Strong aged care experience, combined with customer service and relationship management skills gained from working in commercial call centres, sales, or recruitment environments.
- Proven experience in rostering, scheduling, contact‑centre, recruitment or high‑volume customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Confident, clear communicator who enjoys picking up the phone
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Initiative and ability to work independently or as a part of a supportive team
- Natural problem‑solver who thrives when it’s busy and priorities change
- Any understanding of the healthcare, nursing, or aged care sectors will put you at an advantage!
