About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Quality/Administration Assistant to join our Home Care  Quality team  in a permanent role based in Sydney CBD.  If you have experience working in the Home Care sector - specifically quality assurance, and a passion for maintaining high standards of care, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you'll support our quality and compliance processes — helping to ensure our services meet the required standards while providing vital admin support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing and maintaining compliance records and documentation

• Support internal audits and follow-up actions

• Conduct file reviews to ensure required documentation is up to date

• Coordinate audits, risk assessments, and accreditation preparations

• Enter and maintain accurate data in systems and registers

• Provide general administrative support to the Quality and Operations team

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in a Home Care setting (essential)

• Strong administration and organisational skills 

• Ideally quality management, risk, auditing, and continuous improvement experience

• Good attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping

• A team-player mindset and willingness to learn
