Job Description

How will you fight for an AIDS-free generation?

The Data Management Agent conducts coaching and mentoring sessions for Data Entry Agents, CRRAs,  (APS) on all M&E activities.

No two days are alike at EGPAF, but what can you expect in this role?

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Monitor and ensure the availability of registers, data collection sheets and other M&E tools,

• Verify daily the correct use of all data collection tools: registers and other forms,

• Train and coach data entry agents and CRRAs in the use of all electronic tools,

• Coordinate and support daily data entry into various databases (DAMA, DHIS, Power Apps, Excel and other forms),

• Coordinate and ensure data storage in dedicated storage spaces at assignment sites,

• Facilitate regular (weekly and monthly) data validation and ensure the completeness, validity, timeliness and integrity of all variables used to report contractual indicators,

• Assist sites in the regular organization of data review meetings on the performance of the sites covered, through the provision of performance analyses,

• Participate in quarterly data quality audits and SIMS activities,


• Ensure documentation of Quality Improvement activities on site.

Qualifications

To be successful, you will have:

• Minimum level: A Diploma in any Discipline 

• Training in computer science / information science is considered, 

• Very good command of the Microsoft package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is mandatory, 

• Fluency in French is a key requirement, and working knowledge of English is an advantage, 

• Strong work ethic, ability and willingness to work under pressure, 

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, 

• Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn
