Health NXT is a highly engaging, member-based community of successful healthcare practitioners, senior executives, entrepreneurs, and investors focused on iteration, innovation, and disruption of our current siloed, stifled, and stagnate health ecosystem. This by-invitation-only, intimate group gathers on a monthly basis for roundtable dinners and programs, tours of health facilities, presentations by entrepreneurs and change agents, culminating in regional innovation education programs and the Annual Summit.
The Health NXT Fund focuses on supporting seed/early growth round entrepreneurs with smart capital, where Health NXT members serve as advisors, board members, and pilot sites to give our entrepreneur members the best possible opportunity to gain traction and ultimate success.
This nationwide community currently has active groups in Atlanta, Birmingham, and Nashville, with expansion into Huntsville, Houston, DC, Philadelphia, New York City, and Boston in the coming months.
Job Description
Jobs to be done:
- Proactively reach out to healthcare practitioners, executives, entrepreneurs, and investors to invite them to one of our upcoming monthly programs in multiple cities.
- Capture their contact info in our CRM system and work with our Dir of Marketing on an outbound campaign to keep them engaged, and ensure their attendance at an upcoming event.
- Post-event, send Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey of their experience and follow up to gauge what went well and areas for us to improve.
- Follow through to convert awareness to attendance, and post positive experience, into paid membership or sponsorship.
- Nurture your list of proactive member candidates through membership and annual renewal campaigns.
Qualifications
- This is a highly professional, consultative, soft sell of our evolving value proposition.
- We're testing this idea of a peer group of healthcare professionals/execs in multiple cities, so you must be super organized, diligent, and follow through to engage and influence the right profile to join us.
- Ideal for professional recruiters or those who have sold professional services (consulting, accounting, tax, audit, architecture, engineering) in the past.
- In a startup environment, critical that you're flexible, adaptive, and hustle - time is of the essence and we have critical milestones to achieve in 2019 and beyond.
Additional Information
Incredible flexibility (work from home, as long as there is a professional, polished home office for video calls), extremely low travel & we'll train you on all of our tools.
