For our growing team, we are looking for an ambitious and willing-to-learn LinkedIn researcher. We are located in Warsaw yet remote work is possible. 

• Actively and independently searching for candidates on Linkedin both in the local and international markets
• Guiding candidates through the sourcing process
• Creative sourcing with the usage of networking tools
• Supporting operational activities
• Customer Relations
• Supporting Consultants & Account Managers

• thorough knowledge of Linkedin functionalities, including Recruiter Lite search options
• ability to write creative queries while searching for candidates
• the compulsive urge to understand all job offerings, lingo and abbreviations
• tactful yet persuasive communication style
• fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken) in a business context
