• Transport Goods: Safely deliver items to customers' homes or businesses, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

• Route Management: Follow assigned routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary due to traffic or weather conditions.

• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, handling complaints, and confirming delivery details.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, delivery confirmations,  and any issues encountered during the delivery process.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, tires, lights) and report any maintenance issues or accidents to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Driving Skills: Valid bike license with a clean driving record.

• Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and dispatch teams.

• Problem Solving: Ability to handle unexpected issues, such as traffic delays or customer complaints, in a professional manner.
