We are offering an amazing opportunity, ideal for new graduates, to get in-depth experience in the new business team of Hercules, a division of Havas Prague focused on the localization of global campaigns. You will support the team in its global prospection and business development tasks, with key areas of contribution to be as follows:

Prospection and New Business development:

-        responding to clients’ RFI and RFP invitations

-        support in the creation of pitches and supporting materials, as well as other new business assets

Presentation and brand guardianship:

-        helping manage the end-to-end creation of all new business presentations and diverse branded assets to be in line with Hercules brand guidelines

-        contributing to the production and management of relevant and engaging multimedia content to feature on the Hercules website and its social media accounts

-        acting as a guardian of the Hercules brand ID for consistent use by all teams in all markets

Support:

-        of other Havas agencies in their new business initiatives

-        to the Project Manager, New Business and Havas Worldwide Prague’s / Hercules’ CEO and Chief Growth Officer

Candidates should possess the following:
-Native or near native level of English
-An additional language is preferred
-Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint (less advanced skills needed in Word, Excel)
-Close attention to detail on a highly meticulous level
-Analytical skills
-An eye for design

-Be a team player who is focused on delivering results
-Exercise flexibility, especially time flexibility

-Be proactive and hard-working
-Have a positive attitude
-Keep an open mind

Experience in pitching an agency proposal is a plus
