Job Description

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant/Office manager.

The ideal candidate is comfortable in a high-performing, fast-paced, high-pressure environment and can adapt quickly to organise and process events and travels, care of the building (Expo 58, a listed building) and its maintenance, provide all administrative support functions for the CEO and produce various communication projects. In addition, the individual will be adept at multitasking and have unquestionable integrity with an uncompromising commitment to quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Czech
  • Organizational skills with unfailing attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines, anticipate needs, demonstrate initiative and independently complete tasks 
  • Ability to use good judgement in setting work priorities, planning and organizing workload in the midst of interruptions 
  • High degree of personal integrity, discretion and confidentiality 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with continuing changing priorities
  • Excellent MS Office skills
