Hattie Larlham provides medical, residential, recreational and work training services to 1,800 Northeast and Central Ohio children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Job Description

We have new openings for entry-level "residential care aides" at our Hattie Larlham facility in Mantua. Preferred candidates will have a high-school diploma or GED. Selected candidates who pass the drug test and criminal records check will receive the appropriate (paid) training to become a Direct Service Provider (DSP) on our staff.

We currently have part-time and full-time openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift!


 Full-time positions are eligible for Hattie Larlham full-time benefits; including vacation and sick time accrual, multiple health care plan options, dental, vision, employer-paid life insurance, 403b retirement plans, and optional disability/accidental/long-term care insurance, and a wellness program. 




Qualifications

Must have high school diploma/GED, must be able to lift and position individuals. Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening.

STNA's and Medical License not required.
