We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support one of our most important transformation initiatives: the implementation of a new Fundraising CRM platform. This is much more than a technology project. It's an opportunity to help transform how we engage with supporters, strengthen fundraising capability, and enable better experiences for our donors.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading business analysis activities to support the implementation of a new Fundraising CRM platform.
  •
  • Engaging with stakeholders across Fundraising, Technology and other business areas to understand needs and priorities.
  •
  • Facilitating workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to gather, document and validate business requirements.
  •
  • Analysing current-state processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and user experience.
  •
  • Developing future-state process maps, business requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
  •
  • Supporting data migration, integration and reporting requirements definition.
  •
  • Working closely with vendors, implementation partners and technical teams to ensure business requirements are understood and delivered.
  •
  • Supporting testing activities, including user acceptance testing, business validation and issue resolution.
  •
  • Contributing to change and readiness activities to support successful adoption of new processes and technology.
