Job Description

He aha te tūranga - About the role: 

Based at our Christchurch office, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to provide efficient support to our Commissioning team.

Core tasks:

  • Provide key support to the General Manager - Ambulance Commissioning and the Commissioning Support Specialists' day-to-day activities.
  • Alongside the Commissioning Support Specialist, assist in the facilitation of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Assist with reporting and support the development and maintenance of documentation.
  • Contribute as a team member, enhancing service delivery and participating in relevant meetings.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support commissioning objectives.

Qualifications

Ko wai koe - About you:

  • Experience providing administrative/coordination support in a fast-paced and complex environment.
  • Proven time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Project co-ordinator or junior project management experience is a bonus!
  • Be commercially aware when interacting with internal and external stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior team members.
  • Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and their application in community and healthcare environments.
