We’re looking for someone to join us on a 13-month fixed-term contract who’s confident applying best-practice recruitment and selection techniques, including psychometric assessments, and who’s comfortable working across a range of systems.
This isn’t just a delivery role – we’re after someone who brings fresh thinking, can confidently challenge the status quo, and is always looking for opportunities to enhance the experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and give smart, best-practice recruitment advice.
- Support and coach managers to run smooth, timely recruitment processes that get great results.
- Identify gaps and help managers grow their skills in sourcing and selection.
- Create clever sourcing strategies and selection processes to bring in top talent.
- Facilitate the smooth running of assessment centres for volume recruitment campaigns.
- Work closely with other Recruitment Advisors and team members to deliver seamless support nationwide.
- Contributing to a fun, fast-paced team that values collaboration and curiosity.
Qualifications
Ko wai koe - About you:
- Proven experience and success as a trusted recruitment partner within a large, complex organisation.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment across all levels in an organisation and keeping up to date with recruitment best practice.
- Confidence with people tech and the ability to work with recruitment data to identify trends and insights.
- Strong understanding of behavioural interviewing and selection.
- Experience using psychometric tools and assessments.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
- Proven success in building relationships – and growing manager confidence and capability, modelling professional, objective problem-solving in all interactions.
