Everybody should have some level of first aid ability, because accidents and medical emergencies can happen anywhere at any time. St John First Aid courses give the knowledge and confidence to provide effective first aid whenever it's needed.
Our courses range from first aid training, mental health first aid, and industry-specific modules through to advanced resuscitation for hospital employees.
As a Business Support Administrator, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support to both internal teams and external clients, for both public and private courses. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Managing course bookings and medical product orders.
- Keeping accurate records of learner attendance, payments, and certification.
- Resolving incoming customer and learner queries for our public and private courses through our case ticketing system.
- Supporting the smooth running of our training programmes and provide on-the-ground support to tutors and learners.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Manukau.

What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in administration, coordination, and customer service.
- Accurate data-entry skills and an overall strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with the full range of Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience using Salesforce and/or Arlo is highly advantageous.
- High degree of flexibility and willingness to pivot when required.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
