Job Description

He aha te tūranga - About the role: 

Cover for our Store Manager on an as and when needed basis to ensure the smooth running of our Browns Bay Retail Store.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting store managers in operations and achieving the shop’s revenue targets
  • Sorting donations and restocking shelves
  • Maintaining store displays and cleanliness
  • Collaborating with the manager to price goods appropriately
  • Encouraging and supporting exceptional customer service
  • Leading and motivating volunteers

Qualifications

Ko wai koe - About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in retail and interest in second-hand goods
  • Ability to lead and motivate volunteers
  • Customer focused with a "can-do" attitude
  • Organised with an eye or detail
  • Great interpersonal skills
