Job Description

He aha te tūranga - About the role:   

Our telecare (medical alarms) team have an exciting opportunity for a confident, tech-savvy and multi-tasking support representative to join them. The role is fixed term for 12 months, full time (40 hours per week) , Monday to Friday with weekly rotational shift patterns between the hours of 8am to 6pm.  

We are looking for the someone to help focus on providing prompt and accurate support to our Telecare Field Representatives and Home Health Team as and when required. This is done through proactive support, professional advice and prompt delivery of accurate information. Calendar bookings and appointment changes for the Telecare Field representatives and supporting the Telecare Lead Representatives will also be required.

Support sales and activity target through effective promotion of Telecare products by building and maintaining positive and productive relationships with customers, external stakeholders, and the community.  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of the New Zealand Health and social care environment. 
  • Previous experience in a customer contact role and passion for delivering excellent customer service. 
  • A "Can do" attitude focused on achieving results and doing what is required to achieve success. 
  • The ability to work in a high paced and changing environment. 
  • Demonstrable personal commitment to and promotion of St John Core Values
