He aha te tūranga - About the role: 

Our telecare team have an exciting opportunity for a confident, tech-savvy and multi-tasking administrator to join them. The role is full time, 40 hours per week

This role will provide administration & high-level customer service support to meet the needs of our customers. You will be responding to customer queries through outbound responses via calling or written communications to deliver exceptional customer service

 

  • Ensuring all administration processes and requirements are completed efficiently, accurately and within required time frames
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with team members and all internal and external stakeholders
  • Appropriately action all outbound enquiries, promptly delivering accurate and professional advice and support on all Telecare products
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and speedily, and escalate where appropriate
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas/approaches that will enhance our service and reputation

Qualifications

Ko wai koe - About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Call Centre experience would be advantageous - exceptional customer service skills; active and effective listening, speaking clearing and articulately, adaptability and flexibility to finding resolutions
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • "Can do' attitude and team player focused on delivering outcomes 
  • Understanding of the sales process and customer relationship development skills

The most important attributes we are looking for is attitude and the willingness to learn. We will develop the right person who has the desire to work with purpose.
