The Accounts Receivable (AR) team sits within the Finance and Business Insights team at St John HQ.

We currently have an opportunity to join the AR team which predominantly looks after the Commercial portfolio.  In this role you will accurately process all invoicing where chargeable for commercial services and allocate all remittances to these invoices as appropriate.

  • Accurately process invoices for customers including the maintaining efficient billing information.
  • Accurately resolve incoming source data so that billing can be processed and services charged.
  • Accurately process high volumes of payments
  • Respond promptly to billing enquiries
  • Collection of outstanding debt in a timely manner by way of early and regular contact with customers.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Commitment to spending two days per week in the office 
  • Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable.
  • Strong  attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Suite, aptitude for numbers and previous experience using finance or other systems
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
  • Previous high volume AR experience is advantageous.
