About the role:

• Oversee the finance relationship with all UK customers. 
• Manage customer’s payroll’s setup. 
• Execute direct debit requests for our growing Hastee community. 
• Lead and manage refunds and collections. 
• Track on a weekly basis employer’s withdrawals and payments. 
• Assist on the bank accounts conciliation. 
• Bring new ideas on internal processes automation. 
• Have a positive impact on our revenue. 
• Support B2B and B2C by helping them reach financial freedom. Email support to users and Uploading workers details to the Hastee portal. 
• Ad hoc projects 

What We're Looking For 

• Business or Economics student. 
• Mandatory to be based in Spain
• Mandatory native or advanced level in both spoken and written English and Spanish
• Strong team player who thrives when working to set the team up for success. 
• Self-starter with problem-solving capabilities. 
• Driven, curious, and solution-oriented. 
• Innovative and adaptable approach suitable for working in a fast-paced environment. 
• Good knowledge of Excel 

Conditions:

• Remote first policy (once or twice per week at the office)
• 300 EUR monthly
