Hastee is an award-winning, earnings on demand provider that is changing the way people get paid to help reduce the financial stress that affects almost 2/3 of the working population. Hastee promotes employees’ financial health by giving people access to their pay, as soon as they’ve earned it, through the Hastee app. We work on a B2B2C model, selling our financial wellbeing solution to large & medium-sized companies, who in turn offer the Hastee app as a corporate benefit to their staff. We therefore have two types of clients: employers and employees.

With the cost-of-living crisis deepening, many more people are going to find themselves running out of credit options or struggling with debt. The ability to access earned pay in real-time rather than in strict monthly pay cycles will play an increasingly vital role in supporting individual cashflow.

As Product Manager at Hastee, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and market trends. Coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure successful integration of their services or technologies into our product
• Product Roadmap: Create and manage the product roadmap, outlining feature priorities, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Requirement Gathering: Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications, ensuring they are well-documented and actionable by the development team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to drive the product development process, from concept to launch.
• User Experience: Champion user-centric design principles to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features.
• Product Launch: Develop go-to-market strategies and coordinate product launches to ensure successful adoption by customers.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance the product.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that all fintech products and features adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain the highest levels of security.
• Communicating with stakeholders about the findings, recommendations, status and progress of every feature and their improvements.

We need someone with:

• Fintech Experience:
  • Background experience working with fintech products and services, knowledge of financial technology trends, and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the industry.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements, such as KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering).
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts in payments, open banking and e-wallets.
  • Payment Systems: Familiarity with payment systems, gateways, and processing methods, as well as knowledge of the payment card industry.
  • API Integrations: Proficiency in API integrations and understanding how to leverage APIs for data exchange with financial institutions and third-party providers.
• Product management:
  • Product management experience with mobile development technologies.
  • Understanding of web/app tracking technologies and frameworks such as Google Analytics, Firebase or similar.
• Communication: Excellent communication and leadership abilities and English native/advanced. Bilingual with Spanish is also valued.
