Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  2. Communicating with users and answering any queries they have about Hastee
  3. Keeping customers data up to date and correct in the Hastee portal.
  4. Co-ordinating relevant internal teams to resolve client or user issues (e.g., a tech issue)
  5. Weekly analysis of support queries
  6. Learning from & implementing any client feedback on Hastee & relaying this to relevant internal teams (e.g., product) where appropriate.
  7. Mapping the journey experience of our customer & being their voice for process improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish/English (Desired but not critical)
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
