  • Bilingual English/Spanish any other European languages a plus
  • London or Barcelona based

Additional Information

Your key responsibilities:  

  • Assist with issues and support app users concerns as needed
  • Responsible for the operational task need to keep or systems (Atlassian, Jira, HubSpot,  Hastee Admin Portal, Xero) information accurate 
  • Analyze support and operational performance, develop reports to provide key metrics, and promote tasks to continue improving our effectiveness
  • Support the Customer Success Managers in the management of key accounts
  • We´ll provide you continuous coaching and mentoring
