About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated BI analyst to join our company and support our data-driven decision-making processes. The BI analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing our data analytics strategy, collecting and analysing large datasets, and generating insights through tools such as PowerBI to inform our policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the data analytics strategy.
• Analyse large datasets using data mining and reporting tools to identify patterns and generate insights.
• Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility through efficient data management processes.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve the department's data analytics capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or business.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX and PowerBI. Ideally with +2 years of experience in data visualization tools in general, and data analysis software (such as R or Python).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
