To deliver on our current Order book (signed pipeline) we require an AWS Dev Ops Engineer with  3-5 Yrs  experience.

English language, both written and spoken, good enough to freely communicate with the teams on a daily basis;

Good Cloud awareness with AWS

Experience with the Atlassian tools and Agile sprints.

Solid scripting skills with Python

Good understanding of Kubernetes

Strong understanding of a Terraform

Solid skills with Linux maintenance

Experience with Gitlab, Grafana and Prometheus.

Solid skills when it comes to continuous integration and continuous deployment, with focus on security and reliability

Solid understanding of computer networking, routing and VPN solutions like Wireguard, IPSec or OpenVPN

Ability to define the problem and address it from start to finish on their own

Build things to last, taking into consideration total costs of ownership, reliability and reusability of the things they create.

Hatred for technical debt and manual execution of easy to automate tasks

Builds his own tools to simplify his and teams' day to day operations

Upper Intermediate, ability to communicate directly with the client

·       The COVID-19 pandemic has seen everybody at Hastee UK do 2-3 days a week in the office, on The Southbank, whilst 3 days working from home. We are flexible.
