Customer Care / Service Assistant
Location: Coalville
Contract: Permanent
Hours: (40hrs pw) Monday- Friday
Salary: £8.00 - £9.00 per hour (£16,640-£18,720)
The Company:
Haste Ltd has built a reputation as the emergency response and problem solving company, to the Utilities companies, backed up with exceptional Customer Care. Haste are contractors to the electricity distribution network operators (DNO’s) and on their behalf we deal with all kinds of Domestic and Commercial gas, plumbing and electrical issues.
The Role:
A vacancy has arisen to join our Scheduling team, who are at the heart of Haste’s operation. Our Scheduling team act as the conduit between our clients and customers, ensuring the efficient booking of appointments and addressing any issues arising from new or completed jobs.
We are looking for an individual possessing a friendly, easy going manner with a desire to help people. Previous experience of scheduling and customer service is not essential but would be a definite advantage.
Requirements:

- Self-motivated and able to work as team with others.
- Must be a good communicator with a good telephone manner
- Must be computer literate, working in a small friendly team.
- You should be reliable, conscientious, and good humoured, working to deadlines.
General duties include:
Ensure incoming queries (emails or letters) are dealt with
Ensure customer calls are recorded and dealt with correctly
Organise appointments with customers
Organise engineers' diaries to ensure most efficient operational cover
Assist engineers with prioritising jobs by order of urgency
Assist Field Management team in administration and organisation of workforce
Produce reports as required by Field Management Team
