Job Description
We’re seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Senior Architectural Revit Technicians for upcoming opportunities to join our team working on a major health project.
These roles will support the technical delivery of the project, with a focus on base build, facade, core and shell, working closely with architects, consultants and the wider project team to develop and coordinate detailed architectural documentation in Revit.
Qualifications
Key skills and experience
Advanced Revit capability and experience producing high-quality architectural documentation
Experience working through design development and detailed documentation phases
Strong technical knowledge across base build, facade, core and shell packages
Experience coordinating architectural documentation with facade, structural, building services and other specialist consultants
Ability to identify and resolve complex coordination and technical issues within a Revit environment
Experience delivering large, complex or highly serviced buildings
Strong understanding of construction detailing, buildability and documentation standards
Ability to work collaboratively within a large multidisciplinary project team
Health project experience would be valuable but is not essential; experience on similarly complex project typologies will also be considered.
Full Australian work rights and ability to commence work in our Brisbane studio when appointed is essential.
