Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team working on a major health project.
You’ll play a key role across design development, documentation and delivery, working closely with the project leadership team, consultants and wider multidisciplinary team to develop and coordinate high-quality design outcomes.
The role will suit an experienced Architect who enjoys resolving complex design and technical challenges, coordinating multiple disciplines and translating design intent into well-resolved, coordinated project information.
Qualifications
Skills and experience
- Strong experience working across design development and documentation phases
- Experience delivering large, complex and highly serviced projects
- Strong architectural design and technical resolution skills
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and resolving complex design interfaces
- Ability to develop and coordinate detailed DD and documentation packages
- Strong Revit capability and experience working within multidisciplinary project models
- Confidence working with clients, consultants and broader project teams
- Ability to take ownership of areas of a project while working collaboratively within a larger team
- Health project experience is highly regarded, including hospitals or other clinical environments, but experience across similarly complex project typologies will also be considered
- Architectural registration, or eligibility for registration, would be advantage.
