Job Description
We’re interested in connecting with Workplace Change specialists who bring a people-first lens to workplace transformation — helping organisations move through change with clarity, confidence and impact.
We’re opening an Expression of Interest to meet experienced professionals across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane who are passionate about the human side of workplace design and are interested in future opportunities with our team.
About the role
You’ll work alongside workplace strategists, interior designers and project leaders to help clients navigate the people side of change — from workplace transformation and relocation through to new ways of working.
This role sits at the intersection of design, culture and organisational change.
You’ll lead engagement with stakeholders, shape change strategies, facilitate workshops and build the communication and adoption plans that help people transition into new environments successfully.
What you’ll do
- Lead change management across workplace design and transformation projects, ensuring people and behaviours are considered alongside the physical environment
- Develop and deliver change strategies for workplace transformation, relocation and redesign projects
- Partner with workplace strategists, designers and project managers to integrate change activity into the wider project approach
- Engage with client stakeholders to understand business needs, identify impacts and build support for change
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and engagement sessions to gather insight and shape project outcomes
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies and change interventions tailored to each client
- Support the development of workplace vision, behavioural principles and change narratives
- Assess readiness for change and identify risks, barriers and opportunities across organisations
- Create communication and engagement materials including presentations, briefing packs and launch content
- Advise clients on employee experience, hybrid work and workplace adoption strategies
- Collaborate with occupancy planning, move management and delivery teams to support smooth transitions into new spaces
- Measure the effectiveness of change activity through feedback and post-occupancy insights
- Build trusted client relationships and contribute to proposals, pitches and future business opportunities
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building across the team.
