Job Description
We’re growing our team to support a strong pipeline of complex, large-scale projects across the practice.
We’re looking for an experienced Graduate of Architecture or recently qualified Architect who enjoys the technical side of projects — someone who can step into a team and help drive documentation and delivery.
What you’ll be involved in
Supporting the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects
Developing coordinated Revit documentation packages
Working through technical detailing and design resolution
Collaborating closely with architects, consultants and project teams
Contributing to projects as they move from design into delivery
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
2+ years post graduation experience gained in a multidiscipline design firm
Experience working in a Revit documentation environment
Confidence producing plans, sections, elevations and detailed packages
Exposure to detailed design and delivery stages
Ability to think through buildability and technical interfaces
Experience working on complex projects with multiple consultants
A collaborative, team-focused approach
We do require candidates to be based in Brisbane or willing to relocate to Brisbane, as this role requires the person to have a presence in the local studio.
Full working rights in Australia are a requirement.
Experience we value
You don’t need experience in a specific sector, but we’re interested in people who have worked on projects of similar scale and complexity, such as:
Health or hospital projects
Commercial or workplace developments
Civic or public buildings
Transport or infrastructure
Complex multi-residential
What will set you apart
A portfolio that shows real documentation work — not just renders
Clear examples of details, drawing sets and technical thinking
Experience working within a team-based Revit model
