Job Description

- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Describe merchandise and explain use operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer’s reference.
- Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items.
- Demonstrate use or operation of merchandise.
- Help customers try on merchandise to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase.
- Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
- Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options.
- Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company’s products

Qualifications

  • SPM & above
  • Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Salary: RM1,700 - RM3,000 per month
