Job Description

Our client is a prominent employer in Burton and they currently have a requirement for two people to join their Contact Centre. This is a busy and varied role and your general duties will entail:

  • Processing of customer enquiries and orders
  • Assisting in product management in terms of evaluations and availability
  • Organisation of demand planning, analysis and associated reports
  • Ad hoc duties as required

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a successful background in a call centre environment as well as being confident with IT including Excel. You should also have a driving licence and enjoy building relationships with your clients and contacts.
