Job Description
Our client is a specialist service provider seeking an Administrator to join their team. This is a very diverse role whereby core duties will need to be completed to a high standard on a daily basis with a high level of attention to detail. Time management will be key and your core responsibilities are as follows:
- Project support administration
- Customer service including answering the telephone and writing emails
- Understanding and applying GDPR
- Complying with quality requirements
- Document and procedural QC checks
- General PA support including travel, stationery, receiving visitors, etc
- Attending meetings and distribution of information where appropriate
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be used to working in an office environment, as well as being confident with IT and have great communication skills.
