Harvest Recruitment is an Okanagan-based recruitment agency specializing in the wine industry in British Columbia, Canada.

We work together with a variety of employers who are looking to hire part-time and full-time employees for the upcoming season as well as some permanent positions.

As Tasting Room Associate / Brand Ambassador, you will provide outstanding hospitality to guests at the tasting bar that translates to sales.
 

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Provide consistent brand messaging to guests
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the tasting room which cleaning, washing and polishing glassware, inventory etc.
• Assists guests with transporting purchases to their vehicle or arrange for shipment / delivery
• Promoting the sale of wine and non-wine merchandise
• Stocking and displaying wine and retail merchandise in the tasting room
• Help with special events

• Related wine industry experience is an asset
• Ideally, you have a Serving it Right certification. CSW, WSET or comparable certification is a plus
• Demonstrated experience and skills working in a customer service oriented environment
• A passion for wine(s) and working with people
• Fluent in English
• Eligible to work in Canada
