Job Description

What will you be doing:

  • Communicate with company’s clients by phone and e-mail, in order to find solutions to unpaid accounts,
  • Manage inbound and outbound phone calls,
  • Implement repayment schedules and terms,
  • Maintain positive relationships,
  • Standard operating procedures are to be followed and you are expected to act professionally on phone and e-mail,
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information and data.
