• Daily review of Smart Drive, JJK Logs, DEA Compliance
• Weekly review of ADP timecards for retail team
• Weekly training with retail team
• Oversee day to day activities of the retail team which includes 12+ drivers.
• Routinely monitor routes of all drivers daily and adjust routes as some drivers work faster or slower
• Perform weekly meetings with team to develop team. Topics to include safety, compliance, and general SOP updates. 
• Train, coach, and inspire. Ensure the development of the team along with clear feedback between supervisor and team
• Perform daily debriefs and document daily progress including all DEA compliance is met each day.
• Oversee the DEA compliance of the retail team.
• Maintain the fleet of trucks and ensure 100% compliance
• Maintain driver files and ensure 100% compliance 
• Handles customer escalations and reroute as escalations are sent 
• Hire, train, coat, and counsel team members
• Occasionally ride along with drivers to ensure they meet performance expectations. Goal would be 4 days ride along monthly until we have complete confidence in the team. 
• Assist Production Supervisor with supply inventory and ordering 
• Maintains a status board (TV) with weekly metrics
• Participates in daily production meeting
• Other reasonably related functions assigned by the facility manager.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years Hazardous Waste experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Strong knowledge JJ Keller and DOT Compliance
• Experience with Atlas Routing Software
• Experience analyzing and managing routing KPI metrics
