Job Summary: Safely and proficiently utilize an oxygen/natural gas torch to cut scrap steel plate to size. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Cut scrap steel plates to size using oxygen/gas torch
• Must be able to stand/walk  for up to 10 - 12 hour shifts with appropriate rest breaks.
• Can lift 40 lbs.
• Transportation to work.

Basic Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Other:  Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions in North Carolina while wearing appropriate safety and weather protecting gear.

Preferred Qualifications:

        Technical Skills

• Some experience with Oxygen/Gas Torch preferred
