Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, you will work in close collaboration across teams with ample chances to exercise your honed writing, editing, and brand skills, as well as project management and organizational experience, to create a wide range of content for sales, web, and social focused on cut sheets, presentations, and video.

Job Description

  • In collaboration with the creative team, create and maintain a presentation library which showcases all our businesses, their services, solutions, and experience
  • Partner with sales, leadership, and the creative team to build custom customer presentations which aid in meaningful presentations that are on brand with thoughtful flow of content
  • Assist with maintaining communications and brand on the company’s website and brand central
  • Assist in building our brand and message as the company grows with ESG programs, Sustainability Programs, and services across the country
  • Provide brand and communications support on development of new collateral to support internal functions and programs, go-to-market initiatives, and various marketing efforts across divisions
  • Work with the marketing team, video and photography vendors, and various divisions and locations to develop compelling videos to tell our company’s story to various audiences both internal and external and aligning those stories with the appropriate medium
  • Manage brand and communication purchase orders, forms, paperwork
  • Coordinate meetings for brand and communication deliverables and projects
  • Assist to ensure timely finalization of bylines and articles

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Journalism
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Communications or Marketing, including a heavy focus on brand and development of creative materials
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, InDesign), and highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Requires ability to travel (less than 10%)

  • High comfort level in taking on new projects, exploring new ideas, and adhering to brand standards
  • Ability and confidence to work alone, or part of a larger team
  • Deadline-oriented with the ability to multi-task
