Job Description

This role will assist in the planning, strategy and execution of the organization’s digital goals. He/she will help maintain and report on digital marketing KPIs to drive sales enablement in the organization.  The role will leverage Lead generation tools and Salesforce reporting to enable the commercial teams. They will also track and measure the effectiveness of these programs and report on ROI. 

  • Assist in the strategy and reporting for all aspects of the digital marketing department including, but not limited to: website, SEM, SEO, marketing automation
  • Help maintain and report on digital marketing KPIs to drive sales enablement in the organization 
  • Work alongside cross functional teams (internal and external) to ensure digital support for key marketing and commercial initiatives
  • Evaluate and gather important metrics that affect our website traffic, SEM, SEO and lead generation
  • Monitor results and expenses through pre-built dashboards and make strategy suggestions
  • Construct, administer, communicate and report monthly on all email campaign sends
  • Leverage Lead generation tools and helps oversee Salesforce reporting to enable the commercial teams
  • Work with Salesforce and marketing automation developers to scope new functionality and reporting capabilities
  • Execute and maintain customer journeys that engage customers at multiple touch points in their lifecycle
  • Prepares and delivers presentations to internal/external audiences as necessary

Qualifications

  • Education equivalent to College degree with an emphasis in Business or Marketing, or the equivalent in related work experience demonstrating proven analytical skills.
  • Two or more years of marketing/digital/sales enablement experience: SEM, SEO, marketing automation and CMS familiarity required
  • Salesforce and/or HubSpot knowledge a plus
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
