Belong2 - Group Business Analyst

  • Full-time

Company Description

Belong2 are a holistic strategic people consultancy built on strong alliances and values. Our entrepreneurial and inclusive characteristics, along with a collective of like-minded companies, help deliver innovative solutions for businesses to bring their vision to life, all while creating a company worth belonging to.

Business problems are solved by people. Not technology, not processes, not ideas. People. But business leaders often see people as a problem to be solved rather than as a power to be harnessed. The people sector compounds the problem by offering fragmented, piecemeal solutions to disparate problems rather than a unified, holistic vision for how leaders can best harness those untapped strengths to meet business challenges. Rather than one-off change for specific clients, Belong2 aspires to create permanent change for the sector as a whole – a new way of doing things, driven by a collective of like-minded people
