Job Description

Harrier is excited to be partnering with one of the largest global providers of hospitality services to support their talent agenda.  Fundamental to their ongoing success, our customer will leverage the partnership with Harrier to pipeline and hire their very own talent for tomorrow.

We are looking to hire a Senior Projects Talent Acquisition Specialist to join an existing team of Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialists. If you are a seasoned TA professional, agency side or internal, with experience working on senior roles (HSEQ, Village Managers) within the hospitality/utilities industry, then we want to hear from you!

You will be working in partnership with the business and aligned to specific projects, focusing on staff and client escalations as well as reporting and management information. You will work in collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver agreed best practice, customer-focused recruitment and strategies that attract and retain exceptional talent. 

This role can be based in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Tasmania, as long as you can commit to working Western Australia hours.  

Qualifications

Our ideal Senior Project TA Specialist will bring the following attributes and capability to this dynamic and powerful hiring hub:

  • Volume talent acquisition, ideally within hospitality, utilities, mining or oil and gas 
  • Project management; experience working closely with project teams to understand project timelines and staffing needs while ensuring alignment to the business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior executives, business unit heads, and external partners; you must be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely 
  • End-to-end talent acquisition: demonstrating the capability to follow process and align communication and updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
  • Proactive sourcing and talent attraction; knowing what channels to utilise and how to engage and nurture talent into the hiring line
  • Talent pool creation management and optimisation; demonstrating an understanding of the candidate market and aligning talent for future opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience in managing priorities and achieving hiring targets based on organisation and effective job requisition management
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail and the ability to ensure precision in project execution
  • Proven ability to prioritise candidate and hiring manager care and satisfaction, with a high level focus on a positive and professional experience for all
