Job Description

Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC has an excellent opportunity for a Recruiting Manager at our office in McLean, VA. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing) for multiple job requisitions for hiring managers. This includes evaluating candidates for core values and culture fit just as much as for skill level, experience, and knowledge.
  • Ensure that every candidate has a stellar experience at Harmonia, regardless of the hiring outcome.
  • Partner with hiring teams on talent resourcing, from a strategic and consultative perspective.
  • Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities by formulating plans to fill new roles and brainstorming with hiring managers to assemble sourcing strategies for each search.
  • Create and maintain social media identities to promote open roles and foster candidate interaction and engagement.
  • Push the boundaries on sourcing and hiring tactics by innovating new and creative ways to attract talent.
  • Work closely with Recruiting Director and HR to build and increase brand awareness in support of recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in full cycle recruiting for all levels across multiple disciplines.
  • Demonstrated skills in all aspects of recruiting such as networking, sourcing, qualifying, screening, negotiating/closing and relationship management.
  • Must have experience with recruiting for government sector
  • Experience recruiting technical staff preferred.
  • In-tune with the latest trends in recruiting tools and strategy.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability.
  • Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems
  • Metrics and results driven - dissect and analyze recruiting data and recommend changes in hiring strategies.
  • Must be well-spoken on the phone & eloquent
  • Must be Innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve, modernize, look ahead.
