Job Description
As a rapidly expanding business in a growth industry we understand the importance of harnessing, nurturing and supporting the wealth of emerging STEM talent within our local schools.
On our 1-week work experience placement, you will have the opportunity work alongside and be mentored by experienced colleagues and will be encouraged to share your ideas and fresh perspectives.
You will be working on real world tasks and get the opportunity to collaborate with other members of the early careers community, such as our current graduates and apprentices.
Dates: Monday 17th June – Friday 21st June 2024
Duration: 5 Days
Age group: 16+
Year Group: Year 12 and Year 13
Timings: Monday -Thursday:10.00-15.30 and Friday: 10.00-12.30
Location: H&W (Belfast), Queen’s Island, Belfast BT3 9DU
Type: In person work experience

Qualifying students: This opportunity is open to applications from students attending schools located in Belfast or schools situated within a 10-mile radius of our location.

All students must attach a cover letter to apply – this letter should include:
- The name and address of your school
- The name of your careers teacher within the school (if applicable)
- Your current year group
- The subjects you are currently studying
- A short personal statement about you (no longer than one paragraph)
- Confirmation that you have parental and school consent to participate
- Confirmation that you will be available onsite for all 5 days as above
