Job Description
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling and document management.
- Conduct market/industry research, data collection and analysis to support business projects and tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals and documentation for internal and external use.
- Manage communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Support event planning and coordination for meetings, workshops, and conferences.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or other languages is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Highly motivated, committed, hardworking, and able to take initiative.
- Applicants must be available to work in Kuala Lumpur.
Additional Information
Applicant must willing to work in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur (office located at Jalan Haji Salleh, Sentul, merely 50 meters from Sentul KTM and 500 meters from LRT, providing easy accessibility for our interns).
